In this house, you will find smooth rounded corners, curved and low sill windows, a glass curtain wall on one side of the facade (using stemalite on blank walls), the rest of the facade clad in clinker bricks, produced in a family-run production in Germany. Due to the infill development of the area, it feels transparent and unobstructed. The houses are located towards the cardinal points, which favourably influences the solar exposure of the apartments.

The clinker brick used for Depo elite buildings, which is a favourite of the project's creator, top Moscow architect Sergey Skuratov, was custom-made at a family-owned factory in Germany. It has a unique color and texture and looks very impressive. This is an environmentally friendly material that is resistant to the change of humidity and temperature and keeps a comfortable microclimate in the apartment. It provides high-level sound insulation, which means that you will never hear the sounds of the city center in the apartment.
