Architecture
The architectural style of the Depo quarter is an example of high-quality integration of modern trends and the historically established urban landscape of the city center, that still maintains an architectural balance.
The territory of the quarter will be filled with mid-rise buildings (4-7 stories) with panoramic windows, high ceilings and studio layouts. A total of 566 apartments with a wide choice of layouts are being built in the residential complex: from cozy one-room apartments to luxurious penthouses.
Ground floor apartments are equipped with spacious terraces fenced with tall bushes, up to three meters wide. The exploited roofs of some houses have their own penthouse terraces.
